The Spooky House is an unforgiving tale of courage and fear. It tells the story of a young boy who wants to get home, but is at the whim of two bullies who force him to undergo a mean initiation: he must enter the Spooky House and deliver the newspaper to the crazy old man that hides inside.
“It’s about facing your fears,” says writer/director Dennis Meyer. “Facing them and defeating them. And it’s about a spooky house.”
This film is sure to make you think. It raises issues that plagued us all our lives like “what’s with that spooky house, anyway?”
