Monkey Ltd Rehashing?

This week, Monkey Ltd. is premiering their film BADNESS: Live and Not Plugged In on YouTube, much to the consternation of their fans, leaving many of them upset about what they say is Monkey Ltd.'s tendency to "rehash" their old films over and over again instead of making new ones.

"That's utter nonsense,” said Monkey Ltd.’s Executive Line Cook Tyler Meyer, "Yes, we did just post BADNESS: Live to YouTube and yes, we do plan on doing a promotional piece about it on our website, and yes we did the same thing a couple days ago when we posted the same film to IMDb, and yes, the film had already been posted to Myspace 8 months earlier. and yes, the movie was first post online 10 years ago as The Badness Halloween Special '98 but then we gave it some new graphics and called it new.   But rehash?  That's utter nonsense.  This one is a different version.  The graphic that comes on, flashing "Myspace Rocks" has been changed to "Rock It, YouTube."  Plus, we added this cool new feature where the video stops after 10 minutes and you have to click on a button to keep it going.  How is that a rehash?"

Monkey Ltd Chorale Director Dennis Meyer agrees.  "People will say anything.  This is the same type of baseless criticism we've been hearing for years, but it's about as accurate as the one about how we supposedly add unrelated keywords to our blog entries just to increase our hits," he says, adding "Obama McCain Titty Dicks."

Only time will tell if the Meyer brothers are vindicated.  Ultimately the success or failure of BADNESS:Live  on YouTube rests upon the shoulders of the Monkey Ltd. Fans themselves, who have been given the nickname “Dennis’ and Tyler’s Dad” because of their biological relationship.
